  • Haringey Gateway to Enterprise and  Sustainability Initiative

               HAGESI is a programme supporting business startup and SMEs in Haringey through a suite of business support designed to empower individuals with the aspiration to run their own businesses or become self employed and existing businesses to consolidate their positions in the market place, become sustained and embrace growth.

 The programme focuses on four key themes:

 

1.       Gateways to Start up enterprise – the services to startup businesses will focus on routes into enterprise for residents in the borough, BAME communities, women and disabled people especially those in deprived areas.

 

2.       Sustainability and Growth focus – support sustainability of existing SMEs to be more focused, competitive with the prospect of embracing growth and creating employment opportunities.

 

3.       Mobility and Flexibility of Business Support provision – mobile business                    support and training in different parts of the borough to enable more people and businesses to access available support services.

 

4.       Integrated provision – Provision of business support services, employment and skills development will be planned and delivered around the Haringey Borough.

             

  •                       London Youth Opportunities Programme

                 A programme designed specifically to meet the needs of Young people in London.

Provision of skills and personal development support to young people in London-                    Age: 14-19

      2.    Help identify employment and apprenticeship opportunities for young people

      3.   Provide support to the target group to access training/ further education

  •                       Procurement Development Programme

 

             PDP is designed to support and train business opportunities small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in and around London to acquire the necessary skills required to effectively tender for and win profitable public & private sector contracts.

On the PDP website, you can find useful information about the tendering process, what public sector organisations buy and current tendering opportunities. You can also access information about training programmes aimed at making your company fit to tender.
